Chip Burn Out

Drastic Junction Temperature Rise is one of the primary causes of failure of led chip, especially when high power led chip is used to optimize lumen output.  High power led chip generates greater amount of heat.  The heat generated must be dissipated from the led chip or the case at light speed in order to maintain an ideal operating temperature. Overheated led chip could reduce the life span and lumen performance of the chip. The super-efficient Chip of Ceramic able to control junction temperature rise and maintains temperature.

Quicker Lumen Depreciation

Lower case temperature in Chip of Ceramic , allows the led chips to maintain it’s lumen capacity for a longer usage period. Minimal Lumen Depreciation or High Lumen Maintenance drastically reduces frequency of change the light fitting and operational cost. Road safety is ensured at all time with sufficient overall brightness required in accordance with IEC Standards.

Zebra Effects

The road safety usually compromised if Overall Uniformity (Uo) is below 0.4. Functionality of Optical Lens mustn’t be underestimated. Our customized Reserve Optical Technology embedded onto   individual LED Chip is imperative to achieve Uo and Ui beyond 0.4 and 0.7. The individual lens intensifies light distribution, which in-turn provides good uniformity and prevents zebra effects.

Operating Cost

Rigid design increases operational, whereas our Chip on Ceramic LED lights source modules are replaceable at any point of time.  It doesn’t necessitates changing of entire fitting in the event of led chip failure.
