Thermal Management

Thermal management is crucial to dissipate heat efficiently to prevent “Heat Island”. Reduced Layers of intermedia material between the light source and heat sink minimises bottleneck and enhances flow of heat from the source. In the Chip On Ceramic Flood Light and MagBay – Highbay lights design, the hot air circulated automatically through the heatsink with any barriers. Upwards flow of hot air and downwards flow of cool air creates good cooling effect and prevents unexpected temperature rise. Lower operating temperature extends life span of the product and decelerate lumen depreciation.

Driver

It is the most sensitive component of LED Light and have the tendency to breakdown faster if the components used are sub-standard. The drivers used are high quality with PF ( Power Factor) >0.9 and flicker free. We offer 0-10v dimmable and non-dimmable drivers based on requirements.

Optical Lens

We offer lights with customized optic lens to achieve desired light intensity, distance and effects. The primary lens gives a broad angle, hence a well thought secondary optical lens is paramount to alter radiance and to achieve more focused illuminance and nice aesthetic appearance.

Nano Material

The high lumen/watt, T8 Nano Tube comes in 2ft and 4ft length. Nano plastic diffusion is magical for optimal diffusion of lights. It is a transparent, light weight, brittle free and do not discolor features are suitable for food and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
